Welcome to East Lake Weir Movers! By accessing or using our services, website, or any associated products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 1. Services Provided

East Lake Weir Movers provides a range of moving services, including local, long-distance, commercial, residential, and storage solutions. Specific details regarding the scope of services will be provided when booking.

2. Booking and Payment

• Booking: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your moving date and service. Payment terms will be outlined at the time of booking.
• Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash.
• Additional Charges: Any extra charges (such as additional labor, delays, heavy lifting, etc.) will be discussed with you before they are applied.

3. Cancellations

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled moving date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total quoted moving cost.

4. Liability and Insurance

• Basic Coverage: A basic liability coverage is included with all moves, which covers goods at a set valuation rate.
• Additional Insurance: We offer additional insurance options for high-value items. We highly recommend purchasing insurance for fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items.
• Exclusions: East Lake Weir Movers is not liable for damage to items that were packed by the customer, hazardous materials, perishable items, or items not listed in the inventory.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Access: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the moving location (either pickup or delivery) is accessible. Any access restrictions, including parking issues, narrow doorways, or stairs, should be communicated in advance.
• Inventory: Customers must ensure that all items to be moved are listed and ready for transport. Any special items that require extra attention should be disclosed at the time of booking.
• Special Handling: Any fragile, high-value, or specialty items should be reported to us in advance, so proper precautions can be made.

6. Prohibited Items

The following items cannot be moved by East Lake Weir Movers:

• Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, explosives, chemicals)
• Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)
• Animals or pets
• Illegal substances
• Firearms and ammunition
• Cash or valuables (unless specifically covered by additional insurance)

7. Modifications to Terms and Services

East Lake Weir Movers reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
